Sempre nell’ottica di andare incontro alle esigenze di ogni nostro ospite, il nostro check-in è flessibile e modulabile. Non essendo quella di host la nostra attività principale, in linea di massima prevediamo 2 modalità di accoglienza.
- CHECK-IN TRA LE 07:00 e LE 09:00 E DOPO LE ORE 19.00 Nel caso in cui il vostro arrivo sia previsto in questa fascia oraria ci incontreremo direttamente all’appartamento per la consegna delle chiavi, il controllo dei documenti, la firma del contratto e la spiegazione della casa. /
CHECK-IN BETWEEN 07:00 AM AND 09:00 AM If you arrive between 07:00 am and 09:00 am we can meet our at the apartment at that time so we can sign the contract.
2. CHECK-IN DALLE ORE 09:00 ALLE 19:00 In questa fascia oraria è attivo un servizio di portineria, a 10 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento.
La portineria segue il seguente orario:
Dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 07:30 alle ore 18:30
Il sabato dalle ore 08:00 alle ore 11:00
Sarà poi nostra cura accordarci con voi sull’orario in cui incontrarci all’appartamento per il disbrigo delle formalità. / CHECK-IN BETWEEN 09:00 AM AND 07:00 PM If you arrive between 09:00 am and 07:00 pm we will leave the keys of the apartment to the receptionist of our new house (10 minutes walk from the apartment). Along with the keys you will find an instruction letter that we wrote for everything. In these instructions there will also be info and map for parking.
The reception is open:
From monday to friday: 07:30 am – 06:30 pm
Saturday: 08:00 am-11:00 am
Then in the evening we will come to the apartment (07:00-08.00 pm if is ok for you) to meet you, make a photo of all documents and to make you sign the contract for the renting of the apartement.
